Just some Scottish dude...

Paul’s passion for art has always been prominent in his life. Growing up he always found himself lost in his drawings, passing countless hours when he should have been studying. He graduated with his degree in Computer Science and kept his artwork as a hobby.

Fast forward to 2019, Paul dedicated himself to improving his craft. He started sharing his process, gaining support, and decided that this was the career path that he needed to pursue.

“My brother was my greatest inspiration growing up. He was so meticulous and everything he did made me want to be better. I didn’t expect friendly competition to become a career!”

There is no shortage of artists Paul is inspired by; some of his favorites include Daniel Sprick, Justin Coro Kaufman, Petar Meseldzija, Paja Jovanovic, N.C. Wyeth, and Dave Santillanes (just to name a few). He also counts the entire Hudson River School at the top of that list.

Paul currently resides in the US with his wife, their dogs, and even a couple of silly wolves. When he is not painting, or wrangling wolves, you can find him playing DnD or random computer games with his wife and friends.
